While visiting Midland Provincial Park the visitor can take a quick tour of the original The Midland Coal Mining Company Office, which operated in the Valley until 1959. This mini Museum houses the original safe in the vault, accountant's desk and pictures.

Midland Coal Company Office There are several trails leading to mining displays at the original mining sites. Across the road there is a day use park with picnic areas, access to the river and more trails to explore.
Midland Provincial Park The River Parks System Trail takes you through Midland Provincial Park.
The visitor can take a hike along the trails or just sit and relax in the picnic areas and take in the natural beauty and unique landscape that Drumheller is famous for. Wildflowers in Park
